•    Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and/or delivery date.
   •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
   •    Pre-Loved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
   •    Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to item availability.
